A high-solids water-based polyurethane heat-seal adhesive with excellent flow and substrate wetting. Coat it, dry it, and the base becomes a single-side heat-seal substrate: reactivation bonding with pressure seals dialysis paper, nonwovens, glass fiber and film laminates. Peel strength is tunable with a water-based tackifier (5–10%).

Substrates: dialysis paper × PE / PET / PP films, dialysis paper × Tyvek®, Tyvek®-to-Tyvek® laminates, nonwovens and glass fiber.
Sterilization: cured adhesive forms a porous structure suitable for Ethylene Oxide and other sterilization processes; pouches remain vacuum-purgeable.
COA with every batch; SDS and technical documentation on request. Package-level validation (ISO 11607) is performed by the converter on the final structure — we support it with consistent quality and joint testing.
