PET-Film UV Curable Resin
for Flexible & Low-Surface-Energy Substrates

A modified polyurethane-acrylate UV resin system designed for PET films, aluminized PET, hardened PET, release films — and compatible with PC, PVC, ABS and acrylic substrates. Built for film printing, functional laminating and post-forming processes where ordinary UV resins crack or delaminate.

Applications: film printing and coating, functional laminating, aluminized-film decoration, hard-coat films, and forming processes that demand high elongation without cracking.

Formulation note: soft-flexible and hard-wear-resistant systems can be selected per application. For difficult substrates, light corona pre-treatment is recommended.

Troubleshooting Built Into the Product

Common film-coating defects and how this system addresses them — the same guidance our engineers give on your line.

Crinkling / film curling

Caused by over-curing or thick coats. Thin multi-pass coating and controlled dose keep stress low.

Pinholes & cratering

Low substrate surface energy or contamination. Degrease thoroughly; adjust wetting additive package.

Bend cracking

Excess crosslink density. Our 2-functional backbone keeps elongation up to 400% for forming processes.

Tackiness after cure

Under-cure or initiator mismatch. We match the photoinitiator package to your lamp (mercury vs LED).

Handling: industrial-grade raw material. Wear solvent-resistant gloves and eye protection; ensure ventilation. SDS available on request.
