A reactive diluent engineered for UV curable ink and coating systems. Unlike solvent diluents, it participates fully in the UV crosslinking reaction — no volatile residue, no solvent smell, no compromise of cured-film performance. Adjusts viscosity for screen, pad, spray, roller and curtain coating while raising crosslink density, hardness and abrasion resistance.

Compatible systems: screen / pad / digital UV inks, UV wood and plastics coatings, roller and curtain coating lines.
Over-dilution is the most common failure mode. Here is the same guidance we give before shipping.
Balances flow and film performance. Beyond 15% only for special low-viscosity processes; hard cap 20%.
Acrylate diluents are for solvent-free / solvent UV systems — cross-mixing causes separation and cure failure.
Conventional UV diluents destabilize metallic pigments — loss of gloss, color shift, storage separation.
Sealed, dark and cool, far from UV sources and heat to prevent premature gelation.
