Test Reports & Compliance Evidence

Four SGS RoHS reports on file, each carrying the issuing laboratory's own report number. We publish the reports themselves — not a badge, not a summary written by us. Every number on this page can be traced to a page of a PDF below.

The reports

Download links point to the laboratory's report as issued. All four reports were issued in Chinese — the English tables on this page are our translations of the original documents. Images inside the files were recompressed so the pages load on a phone; no page was removed, reordered or edited.

At a glance

Two pages of paper per claim is a lot to read on a phone, so here is the same information in one table — the columns match the PDFs.

"N.D." means below the method detection limit stated in the report — it is not a statement that a substance is absent at zero concentration. The exact detection limits are printed on the result pages of each PDF. The PDFs are the original Chinese-language reports; where this table differs in wording, the PDF prevails.

How to check these reports yourself

A compliance page is only worth the verification behind it. Four things you can do without trusting us:

1. Match the number

Every report number above appears on page 1 of its PDF, together with the issue date and the page count (2 of 2, 8 of 8).

2. Look for the seal

The 2019 reports carry the SGS inspection seal and/or the authorised signatory's name; the 2022 report carries the SGS-CSTC laboratory authorisation block.

3. Query the laboratory

Ask SGS directly, quoting the report number, and ask whether the report is genuine and still on file. We will supply the uncompressed original if you need it.

4. Ask for your batch

These reports cover the samples tested, not your shipment. If you need evidence for a specific lot, tell us the grade and we will quote a fresh test.

What we do not claim

Most compliance questions go wrong at exactly this point, so we would rather state the boundary than let you infer it.

RoHSFour SGS reports, all determinations not detected — as listed above. We do not hold a "RoHS certificate"; RoHS compliance is demonstrated by test reports like these.
CE markingWe do not claim CE certification for these products. Adhesives and coatings supplied as raw materials for industrial converting are generally outside the scope of the directives that carry CE marking; where a downstream product needs CE, that assessment belongs to the manufacturer placing it on the market.
REACHWe do not claim REACH registration. Registration obligations fall on the EU importer or the only representative, per substance and per volume. We provide SDS and composition data so your registration or notification can be prepared.
FDAOur medical packaging grades are formulated to the relevant FDA indirect food additive regulations (21 CFR 175.105 and 175.300). That is a formulation statement, not an FDA approval, and FDA does not approve adhesives as such.
ISO 11607This is the standard your sterile-barrier packaging is validated against. We supply material data that feeds into that validation; we do not issue ISO 11607 certificates.
ISO 9001Not claimed on this page unless stated with a certificate number and issuing body. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what is and is not in place.
Food contactA RoHS report is not a food-contact declaration. For EU 10/2011 or FDA food-contact statements, ask separately — they are a different document with a different scope.

Note on the address printed on these reports

The 2019 and 2022 reports list our applicant address as Nankai District, Jinhui Building. That was our office address at the time of testing. Production and shipping now take place at the Xiqing District plant given on the contact page. The PDFs are the laboratory's files as issued — nothing on them has been covered, cropped or retouched, which is why the old address is still visible.

If your purchasing or quality team needs a report bearing the current plant address, tell us before ordering. A new test can be commissioned against a current sample; we would rather run it than hand you a document that raises the question.

Need a report for a grade that is not listed here?

Tell us the product and the market you are selling into. We will say what documentation exists and what would have to be tested.
