A water-based adhesive coating for thermoformed (vacuum-forming) blister packaging on PVC, PE, PET and GPET sheets. The milky, translucent liquid gives uniform coating strength, good breathability, water and alcohol resistance — while helping prevent paper-fiber lifting and yellowing.

Substrates: PVC, PE, PET and GPET thermoforming sheets; compatible paper stocks include board, white card, coated paper and laser card.
Applications: roll-coating lines for battery packs, molds and cosmetic boxes — any thermoformed blister pack where clean release and stable adhesion matter.
Run a trial before mass production to confirm paper, coat weight, drying and thermoforming parameters. Excessive dilution may reduce bond strength — validate the diluent system and ratio on site. We support trials with COA per batch and technical documentation on request.
